Adding an Image to the Featured Post
By admin on Dec 18, 2007 in Dream Theme Tutorials
It’s easy to add an image to your featured posts using a WordPress Custom Field! The recommended size for a “featured post image” is 200 x 150 (pixels). When you write a new post (or edit an existing one), scroll down until you see the “Custom Fields” section. Click the “+” symbol to expand this section (see screenshot below).

In the field labeled “Key,” you need to type the word “featured” (without the quotes, of course).
In the “Value” field, enter the full URL to the image you would like to use (starting with http:// … ) You will need to upload the image to your web server first (or use the built-in WordPress Image Upload tool).
When you have entered the appropriate information, click the “Add Custom Field” button and save your post.

Yup, i already know that method. But the most important is how to make a feature getting duplicated in recent post or related category. I assume that we use “tag-name=features” (not using what other used so far – category).
Latest design which coded by Justin Tadlock – OPTION Theme, still showing that the feature getting duplicated.
Any idea?
