		<description>Does this apply to all comment plug-ins?  I heard there is a comment plug-in that allows anyone to comment and another who allows comments but is allowed by the blog master.  Is it possible then to delete some one&#039;s comment perhaps is not appropriate or that you just don&#039;t want on your blog?</description>
